An adventure that is just beginning
Today, we have several hundred real estate transactions and assets under management (via our subsidiary FI Property Management). Our clients have one thing in common: they all see beyond their borders. Entrepreneurs or simply anti-conformist adventurers, they are not satisfied with what they have at hand and have an international mindset. Borders are porous and they are not afraid to cross them.
We have attracted a clientele that is like us and with whom we are happy to do a little bit of business.

Le multifamily américain attire de plus en plus des nos clients historiques
Suite aux sollicitations de nombreux clients propriétaires en recherche d’actifs plus volumineux et d’économies d’échelle, Florida Invest a continué a renforcer au fil des années ses équipe et son expertise autour de la classe d’actif multifamily (immeubles d’habitation en bloc) afin de proposer des stratégies clefs en main de revalorisation. Florida Invest est également devenu syndicator afin de réunir plusieurs investisseurs, avec qui elle a des relations étroites, sur un même projet.

Incredible resilience during the storm of 2020
Nos choix conservateurs et prudent depuis la création de Florida Invest ont prouvé leur pertinence pendant la crise du COVID-19. Notre filiale de gestion locative Florida Invest Property Management LLC a collecté une moyenne de 97% des loyers sur l’ensemble de son parc, et ce, même durant le deuxième trimestre 2020 (premier confinement).

Première conférence Florida Invest à Paris avec une cinquantaine d’investisseurs-acheteurs pour présenter l’investissement locatif clés en mains et le segment des condominiums en Floride. Cette proximité avec les clients et notre attachement à partager l’information est, depuis toujours dans notre ADN.

New headquarters for our team and our visitors
Florida Invest will take up residence at the end of 2017 in its new North Miami Beach office, located at 15807 Biscayne Boulevard just south of the Aventura district. A friendly place where our team enjoys working and investors or partners who visit us receive a warm welcome.
January 2017
A golden team
The beginning of an intense recruitment phase in the fields of purchasing, project management, communication, property management, market analysis, etc. One year later, the Florida Invest team will count ten people.
October 2016
The Investor Pack: a new world of investment
For more transparency and a better understanding of all the services needed to invest outside its borders, it was important to create a tangible, transparent package that covers 100% of the needs: the Investor Pack.
It is thanks to the latter that Florida Invest has been able to remove all the frictions that prevent investors from entering new markets. From the legal aspects, to the work, to the strategic and financial support, remotely if needed, everything is included.
April 2016
First video published
In April 2016, Florida Invest launched its Youtube channel and Facebook page with the first video of a long series. The goal of our approach: to share our knowledge and experiences and allow investors to better understand the Florida market.
Transparency of information will be an integral part of our DNA and breaking the codes in an industry where there is little information flow will allow us to build lasting relationships with our interlocutors.
April 2015
The phone call
Eric tells David of his desire to go further with French investors by facilitating investment in the US with a turnkey offer, which will become our key innovation later on. David instantly had the vision to combine Eric's real estate experience with his financial and digital skills. This is officially the beginning of their professional association.
They choose the name: Florida Invest
February 2012
New York to do his scales
David started his own business and moved to New York. His projects: a startup and then a strategy consulting agency allowed him to be in contact with clients of all sizes and to understand how to use the new digital tools and platforms to create growth around a brand or a product. Without knowing it, he was building the foundations of Florida Invest's future communication strategy, centered around video in a new social and mobile world.

A start in Market Finance
Pendant ce temps là, David Amsallem termine ses études de finance de Marché à l’université Paris Dauphine et intègre le desk de trading Indices européens de la salle de marché de la Société Générale à la défense. Son envie d’entreprendre et de s’envoler pour les États-Unis ne le fera rester que deux ans. Il tissera pendant ces années de belles relations et une meilleure compréhension du paysage de l’investissement en France qui sera le fondement des ses réflexions futures.

Eric was commended for his work by receiving the award for Best Realtor in South Florida for several consecutive years by Beachfront Realty. His innovative marketing and transparency have paid off.
Several television appearances (BFM, TF1, M6, etc.) and numerous press publications make his agency a reference for French-speaking investors around the world.

Beginning of the subprime crisis
Real estate prices are falling by more than 50%, the Euro is over 1.50 dollars. New opportunities become possible for French and European people. Eric and his team carry out several hundred transactions in the space of a few years, mainly with French clients wishing to diversify their assets and seize new opportunities in this favourable period.
2005
First real estate venture in Florida
In 2005, Eric founded his first American real estate agency, which would become famous among French clients a few years later during thesubprime crisis.
2004
Back to school
Although he had worked in real estate in France, Eric will have to pass his Realtor's diploma in order to practice and manage transactions in the state of Florida. It is not easy to go back to school for a 45 year old business owner.
2003
A Project: Change your life
After several entrepreneurial adventures in France, Eric Amsallem decided to try the American adventure. He leaves in the unknown to settle in Florida and starts a new life without knowing what awaits him. Humility and motivation were the ingredients necessary for Eric to succeed in his implantation.
